Meet Laura, our amazing Managing Director! Laura plays an integral role in the growth of LWPR, nurturing the team and propelling the brands we work with. Laura redefines business as usual, always bringing a distinct view to client work, working tirelessly to share the magic to brands, salons & hairdressers’ messages. With over 20 years of experience in the industry (we lovingly call her “the oracle” because of her wealth of knowledge), Laura is the ultimate problem solver and strategic planner. With her knack for thinking big and leading the team, Laura inspires us all to reach new heights. When she’s not busy at work, you can usually find Laura at the pub (obvs) or spending quality time with her gorgeous family. Whether she’s cheering on her children from the football pitch sidelines or hanging out with friends, Laura brings her contagious energy wherever she goes. She is the beating heart of LWPR.

Hannah is an expert at client care, making sure everyone feels the LWPR love. With a sharp eye for detail, she delivers top-notch PR results and knows all the key players in the hairdressing content world. A whizz at storytelling and securing influencers, she’s a true Account Director legend.

A natural listener with a talent for getting to the heart of a brand, Hannah’s creativity shines through in every campaign. She’s the team’s “mother hen,” always caring for clients and colleagues alike. Fiercely intelligent and wickedly funny, Hannah is the perfect mix of professionalism and personality.

Becky – the ultimate strategist, she’s got an unbelievable knack for pulling together all the elements of marketing, pr, social media and advertising to create the most comprehensive communication strategies you will ever see, oh and she does all this whilst looking super stylish, she’s got a great eye for an outfit!

Introducing Amy, our Head of Digital extraordinaire! Leading our digital team with flair, Amy crafts unique social media strategies that keep our clients ahead of the curve. With nearly two decades of marketing experience in hair, beauty, and leisure, she’s a true expert in traditional and digital communications. When Amy’s not busy keeping up with the latest changes in the digital landscape (thanks, Meta!), you’ll find her with friends and family, sipping on something delicious (she’s not fussy what) while soaking up North Yorkshire’s coastal delights. Amy brings creativity and passion to everything she does, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Emilie is our PR fashion queen. With her creative flair you can always guarantee elevated social media plans, and gorgeous events and her ability to capture key content moments is next level. She’s always there for you to help out with anything, with a a cup of tea and a packet of digestives close by of course! There’s nothing she can’t do, she’s a real boss babe.

Amber is the go-to Content Editor at LWPR, seamlessly stitching together brands’ stories with her expert content creation and digital marketing skills. Whether she’s crafting engaging social media masterpieces or boosting brands’ online presence, Amber always keeps up with the latest trends. Her innovative, data-driven approach ensures every campaign shines and delivers results. A true team player with a creative flair, when she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying a bowl of soup or mixing up a mean Cosmo cocktail!

Maisie is the vibrant force behind influencer and partnership magic both for LWPR and our little sister agency Stellar, effortlessly cutting deals and building connections with her charm and humour. Her infectious joy brightens the office, fostering collaboration and turning work into a fun adventure. A natural at managing partnerships, Maisie’s bubbly energy makes her a delight to work with. Off duty, she enjoys time with her cheeky boxer pup, Frankie, who always keeps her on her toes.

Ruth is our consumer media oracle, with top editors and feature writers always within reach. A pitch-writing expert with a keen sense for spotting the next big hair and beauty story, Ruth ensures our clients are always part of trending conversations. Her sharp instincts and quick reactions keep her ahead of the curve. Outside of press relations, Ruth juggles being a multitasking mum of two, a social butterfly, and a hilarious storyteller. With an incredible eye for detail, she crafts comprehensive PR pitches and strategies that hit the mark every time.

Liz is the organizational powerhouse behind every detailed LWPR report, known for her meticulous approach and flair for presentation. Whether compiling monthly coverage, quarterly insights, or project round-ups, Liz ensures every report is thorough and polished. She’s the go-to for all things data, always going above and beyond to support the team. Outside of work, Liz continues to help others by volunteering for the Hygiene Bank charity. With her dry sense of humor, caring nature, and dedication to detail, she’s a treasured asset at LWPR.

Hayley is the PR administrator who keeps everything running smoothly, from managing office projects and model bookings to selecting perfect PR gifts. With a knack for organization, she ensures the press office stays efficient and well-stocked, always staying one step ahead to support the team. Whether coordinating mailers or keeping our couriers busy, Hayley is the backbone of the office. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, walking her dogs, and sipping on a well-earned glass of Chardonnay while chasing after her three lively children.

Olivia is a true PR pro with extensive experience across a wide range of industries, from events to editorial to 360 campaigns. Her knack for finding and pitching stories ensures she delivers exceptional results for our clients every time. With a sharp eye for detail, Olivia thrives on crafting standout campaigns that hit the mark. Outside of work, she’s just as impressive—an avid netball player with a competitive streak that drives her to be the best! Her strategic mindset, paired with her passion for storytelling, makes Olivia an invaluable asset to our team.

Laura is a true style queen with deep expertise in the hairdressing industry, having worked in beauty publishing, PR, and content creation. Her ability to communicate brand and stylist stories across any media is unmatched. A social content legend, she crafts captivating content and captions for clients with flair. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying picantes by the South Coast or relaxing at home with her adorable dog, Elvis, and her signature leopard print stairs.

Lois has a real knack for the finer details and together with her enthusiasm for the hair industry she’s the perfect combination when it comes to supporting all our clients. Her dedication shines through in every project she takes on, making sure everything is just right from start to finish. Lois is always ready to dive into a challenge with a smile. When she’s not busy working her PR magic, you’ll find her captaining her netball team or planning her wedding – proving she’s just as good at multitasking as she is at PR.
